We, the operator of “MUKU - InkShield” (the “Service”), handle the information obtained through the Service as set out below. Our legal name is stated in the Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
| Email address | Collected to identify your account and to sign you in. |
|---|---|
| Submitted text | Collected in order to proofread it. Whether it is retained is your choice. |
| Usage | We record the number of runs, the model used, coins spent, and the date and time. |
| Sign-in environment | So that you can notice unauthorised sign-ins, we record the country of the connection, a network identifier, and the type of browser and operating system. We do not store the IP address itself; we keep only a value derived from these that cannot be reversed. If a sign-in occurs from an environment we have no record of, we notify your registered email address. |
| Payment information | Handled by Stripe. We never receive or retain your card number. |
Except as required by law, we do not provide the information we collect to third parties. We entrust processing to the following providers in order to operate the Service.
Account information is retained until you close your account. You can close your account yourself at any time from the settings screen. Doing so immediately deletes your email address, saved text, and settings. Payment records are kept for a certain period as required by law, with nothing identifying you. Any coins remaining are forfeited on closure and are not refunded.
Deletion is available from the settings screen as described above. If you wish to have your information disclosed, corrected, or suspended from use, please contact muku.inkshield@gmail.com. We will respond after confirming your identity.
We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your display language. If saving is enabled, we keep the heading of processed text (the opening portion) in a cookie on your device for up to three days so that the history list displays quickly. It is deleted when you sign out.
The Service uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand and improve how it is used. Information such as the pages viewed and time spent is collected through cookies, but information that directly identifies you, such as your name, is not sent. The text you submit to the Service is never sent.
We also enable Google Signals. For users who have enabled ad personalisation on their Google account, this lets us refer to statistics such as age range, gender, and interests in aggregated form that does not identify individuals. We do not identify individuals from this information, and we do not run advertising.
If you do not want this collection, you can stop it in any of the following ways.
For how Google handles information, see the Google Privacy Policy.
We will amend this policy as needed. Amended content takes effect when posted on this page.
